Manufacturing Process

1. 3D Design
   Y & S Design team is equipped with 3D design system.
   Receiving all the 3D data from the customers either by e-mail or Disc, we design three-dimensional mold correctly and quickly with the Pro-e, UG, MDT,CATIA system.
   
   
2. CAM tooling
   CAM system transmit the data that are completed by UG, FF_AUT, Power Mill program directly to the CNC milling machine, so that the CNC milling machine can show its great ability with no error.
   
   
3. Manufacture
   We manufacture molds with a thorough going design of all processes and using our own quality control system and radical schedule. Also employees have expertise to manufacture molds and always pursue high quality.
   
   
4. Tool trial
   every mold that we produce is completely tested for customers' mass production
